How can I do Proofreading in OOo?

Without having to do a lot of formatting changes, if I am editing s document for someone, how can I make my changes and let them see those changes? Such as deletions, insertions, etc.

Track changes works in OOo as it does in M$ word. For 1.9.95 it is under edit > changes..

Try the help that comes with OOo for more information.
