Hi!
First of all, I must say, I am a very happy OpenOffice user!
I do not know if this is the corret place to post, if wrong tell me.
I have received a template that is impossible to edit.
Are there any one that looks into things like that.

Sorry, for the language, it is in Swedish.

Sorry. I don't open documents I'm not sure of and that may contain [nasty] macros. When you say impossible to edit, can you open it? It may be protected, or it may be Read Only, ....

It is a *.doc which therefore means any problem it causes is not really OOo's fault. Who has written the file? _________________ Arch Linux

I can open the file, the MS macro is not working.
If I touch the file and save it as a .doc file, Microsoft users can no longer read the file.
I am using tha latest development version of OpenOffice. |

MS Office macros will not run under OpenOffice.org. If you're resaving as *.doc I don't quite see how MS Office can not open that file. Having a *.doc file used in these way isn't a good idea for reasons like this. _________________ Arch Linux
