How to insert Photo into Spreadsheet

I made a database system in spread (with photos), after that I tried to mail merge it with writer. I can get all the fields correctly but the photo won't come out as intended... anyone can help me to sort this out? Thanks in advance....

Here is the step-by-step work out by me...

First I created a database using Spreadsheet with three data field which is Name, ID, and photo. I have learnt that I could easily print out the data in Wordprocessor by using mail merge feature.

Then I created a template in Wordprocessor and tried to insert the field wanted from the spreadsheet. Everything runs just fine except for the photos... There is nothing in the photo fields just blank...

Mailmerge does only work with textual information, not with objects. Since you are working with a spreadsheet anyway, you probably could sort and format the spreadsheet to create the desired report from there.
