Filemaker Pro to Base?

I recently started to use OOo a nd try to substitute it for other programs as often as possible. However, I recently received a file on filemaker pro format and wonder if there is any method to open and manipulate thes files in OOo.

There is no way to edit the database structure (layouts, tables, fields, etc.). But if you want to access the data in the FileMaker Pro database, then you can connect OOo to it via ODBC. This, however, requires FileMaker Pro installed on your computer.
