Hi all,
In PowerPoint, there is a printing option (I think its called handout) where you can print 3 slides on the left side of a sheet of paper with lines on the right side for taking notes. How do I do this with Impress? Thank you!

Have you checked the handout mode in OOo Impress? _________________ Noho ora mai, ka kite ano.

This is what I can figure about the different print modes so far :-
Drawing - prints one slide per page
Notes - prints one slide to half a page, leaving the other half page blank for notes
Outline - Just the words
Handouts - 6 slides per sheet
Anyone know how to edit the above options to print 3 slides per page (left column) and lines on the right column? Thanks!

I don't know how to get the lines, but it is possible to have 3 slides in handout mode:

Thanks maxqnz, I guess its a matter of playing around with the layout and manually adding the lines. Not gonna be easy to explain to my Dad he needs to do that everytime

The other thing to do would be to register at http://www.openoffice.org and file an enhancement request for this feature. _________________ Noho ora mai, ka kite ano.

Yep, after you've arranged the slides in the handout view, the next step is just printing. Go to File -> Print ... and click on Options and select Handouts under Contents.
