Yet another snapshot and a whole load of bugfixes, many seem to be l10n fixes.

It's not across the mirror network yet so you'll have to dig for it yourself. I've found it on StarDiv.

One problem with the win32 version: It identfiies itself as 1.9.118, then again, I keep forgetting what's the latest.
