I have tried to find open source or freeware projects for this task and I could'nt find any yet.
There is a program called Powerbullet who they say it can do flash also. I didnīt tryed it yet.
Open Office 2.0 beta has improved a lot PDF creation. (It allows links trough impress) but the flash.
Best regards

I gave powerbullet a try some time ago, and as far as I remember, it wasn't 'open' and it wasn't 'free'. It did hava nice effects, though, and allowed very fast creation of presentations. _________________ Rightly to be great

While Powerbullet Presenter is not "open", it is "free"...
There is a Powerbullet Plus that has some more advanced features (action script) for $20, but the free version is still alive and well.
Neither are converters though, not in the usual sense.
You can copy formated text into it from other sources and drop in images,(also wavs and mp3's) but it is really a flash creator ,and it is very easy to use.
Some converters that are free (though not open):
Gifs2swf Fv1.02 (There is a newer version that costs $10)
Turbine Video Encoder Free Edition
Speechi -PowerPoint to Flash free demo
Sqirlz Water Reflections
(It's an app that adds effects to avi's but it can also output to swf-flash) |

Also, in the free version I tried, external links were not operational. They are if you pay up. _________________ Rightly to be great
