It seems that the second one is usual
The link that ms777 gave is my topic. I have exactly the same message as you, the second one, but after I closed the message box my form work perfectly. Also if you read my topic you will see that I work with a form that is not emmbeded into a base file. My forms are separate files. Try to design a form independently from base, for example in Writer, and probably your macro will work. But still you will have the second error message. Check also http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=45184.
Also check from time to time my topic, the one that ms777 gave you the link, maybe someone will find what is wrong...

For me it doesn't work, I have the same error. So for forms not emmbeded into a base file I have the same message of error. I didn't try for emmbeded forms, maybe cpt_koolbeenz will try... and tell us the results
More then that, with this new millestone, the SELECT CONCAT for a listbox doesn't work, at list not as I wrote the statement before
"SELECT CONCAT (expert.proiecte.proiectid, ' - ', expert.proiecte.obiectproiect), proiectid FROM expert.proiecte ORDER BY proiectid"
And besides that, when I start the program, before opening any document I have an error:
"Error loading BASIC of document
file///C:/Program%20Files/OpenOffice.org%201.9.118/share/basic/FormWizard/script.xlb/:General Error.
General input/output error."
It looks they forgot to put in the package some templates...

Hello,
OO-version 1.9 build 122.
I had the same problem only on my wife's login.
I deleted all .ooo-config-dirs (old and new ones e.g .ooo-1.1/ .openoffice.org2 ).
At restart of OO it came again with the configuration dialog.
After completing, OO now works fine (without errors at saving).
Seems to be a problem with transfering the old to the new profile

I upgraded from fedora with oo 1.something to ubuntu with pre-installed 2.0.2, just kept the home partition. Then I too got this error. Must be some stale directory in some config/profile settings?
Also, I get messages like "/home/arno/writer does not exist" when I try and open a .dot file from firefox. But then again, maybe that's some stale firefox or gnome preferred apps setting. _________________ Always mount a scratch monkey. |
