Does any one know if Calc supports 3D surface chart? If so, how can I do it?

The answer is no. OOo can not do real 3D plotting, that is plotting X, Y and Z coordinates. You would have to use a plotting program like R, gnuplot or Graphmatica to do this.

Unfortunately, Graphmatica only does 2D.

You'd need either reasonably expensive dedicated math software [Mupad, Maple, Derive, ...] or reasonably free software [Winplot, Graphcalc, grapher ..comcast, .... . ] Suggestion: If doing serious math get serious software.
