I want to work with a filter of a registered database.
I created the document with fields from the database, applied a filter. Then, no matter what I do, the merge is with the entire database, not the filtered list.
As usual, the Help document is of utterly no help. |

By "setting up a filter" I suppose you mean you did save a query, right? If so, connect the letter to the query instead of the database and you will have what you want. You can do this via Edit-> Exchange Database
Hope this helps
