Hi,

I'm a java software consultant writting a web / database application for one of my clients that generates reports. We would like to be able to support the OpenOffice.org document formats for spreadsheets and writer documents (we already support CSV, and pdf)...
is there a java library / API or subset of the openoffice.org source available that will allow us to write these formats of documents?

Thank You for your help!

I don't think there exist an other library than OOo itself. You can automate OOo with Java to do the job but that's all.
Of course it possible to realize with the XML documentation of OOo documents and probably some programmers have done little things in this way but there is no official library in my knowledge.
