how to let OOo save Asia char to cell in OLE program

hi here,

i find i can direct input Asia char in OOo Calc,
but when i write a OLE program by Power Builder,
i find OLE don't support Asia char, such as:
Cell.setstring("xxxx(Asia char)"),
the Cell value of sheet will show "????"

how to solve the problem?
can you help me?
