Envelope Printing in OO 1.1.4

I could print envelopes in OO 1.0.2 no problem. I just upgraded to 1.1.4, and it appears to be a mistake to do so.

1. How can I keep persistent data in my sender field? OO1.1.4 grabs my metadata and puts it there. I do not want that. I want specific letterhead data for my return address that does NOT show up in every effing document I create.

2. How can I make the envelope default to a particular size? I use #10 envelopes. How do I change the "insert envelope" function so that it doesn't try to cram me into a C65 envelope or whatever that is?

OO1.0.2's envelope function wasn't much, but it was more flexible than 1.1.4, awhich is a distinct step backwards.
