Build Error:cant create dmake.exe

hello friends
I am Rajith, I posted a message earlier but didnt get any reply. I am trying to build openoffice as a part of malayalam localization. But im stuck up with some error. After running config script the winenv.bat is created but on running it dmake is not created. i tried building dmake manually but the following is the output.

anybody plz help me.
