how can i insert an image from a macro?
how can i set column width and row height

Please post such questions in appropriate board "Marcos and API".
Be more specific on you topic: "problems" isn't descriptive and less attractive.
To some questions the OOo version and maybe other details (OS, number of tasks/users/documents involved, etc.) are important information to answer your questions.
Use the search function in/for board section "Macros and API.." for specific answers. Some q. have been asked before - and answered.
