I runned OOo on Mac OS X panther (10.3). Open Office version 1.1.3 did run perfectly. Since I installed Tiger (10.4), I cannot start Open office any more. I read that Open Office runs on 10.3 versions and below. Does anybody know how I could get Open office running on Tiger?

Many thanks James,
in fact, I have NeoOffice running. However, I prefer to work with Open office as it works much quicker. But, if I have not other alternative, i'll work with neo, as long as the functionality is equivalent. I'll try to install the version for Tiger mentionned within the link you gave me anyway.

I'm running the beta2 release of OOo 2.0 on MacOSX 10.4 "Tiger" just fine. It's the first really nice release of OpenOffice.org for MacOS because the installation is incredibly clean easy (unlike the 1.1.2 release which took ages to complete) and it can now launch X11 for you so the whole process of launching OOo is a single step process.

Hi Freiheit: The beta2 release seems to be French version. Is there an English version? Or, how can I change the menus to English?
