No, not yet. The forum has only been up for about a week and a half. So haven't been able to spread the word too much yet. If you know people who would be willing to link to this site, please help spread the word.
I let the folks know at phpbb.com since this forum uses their software. There's also a link on the homepage of LinuxSelfhelp.com now. I've also submitted the site to both dmoz.org and yahoo's web directories.
On a slightly different note, I've noticed that Google has started indexing the site, which is good news. Search engines are some of the best ways to drive traffic and the more good content is available on OOoForum.org, the easier it will be for people to find us.
Any help with publicity for this site is welcome and very much encouraged.

A quick update to this post. OpenOffice.org now has a link on their home page(thanks OOo!). This forum site is really in support of the main project so we'll be working with them going forward. Dmoz also has a link now in their OpenOffice.org section. You can check it out at:
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Office_Suites/OpenOffice.org/
Hopefully, that will make it easier for people to find us.

It would be nice to have the OpenOffice community share some support resources with the StarOffice community.
We already run a StarOffice Support community at http://support.staroffice.com but it is very difficult to keep up with the number of questions there.
I think some of the technical replies are the same for both StarOffice and OpenOffice.
It will be nice that active members of this community could share their "technical" knowledge with us by also participating in our forums.
Btw, who initiated this project ? and are you financed by Sun ?
