Submit a form to an Internal Email Address.

At work we use an exchange server. Not all of the reps have outbound email access therefore they are not able to just send an email to my outbound email address. I want to setup a form so that when they click on submit it will goto my email address via the Internal Exchange Server. I have only seen this done once but that person no longer works at the company and that file is no longer available for me to see how he did it.

Please help.
