Hi,
I am real newbie as my avatar says but, on bit exploring in the forums i found some really nice threads that solve a lot my newbie problems...
Now, my suggestion would be that when a thread solves a particuarly frequently asked abt problem like, page numbering, titles, Math formula examples.....
There shld be locked forum acting as archives where such extremely useful threads can be moved once they become inactive so users coming here can first look through that forum and then start posting questions...

Atleast to startoff there are some nice How to threads.
If someone wants i can track down atleast the basic How to threads... and I can do more when I have time |

Ok i looked arnd here is a small change...
For PhpBB ver 2.0.4 and above in the following page there is a mod that enbles users to rate a topic by the name Rate Topics

Now rating button can be made prominent to encourage users to rate..That way useful threads might show up depending on the rating but, assuming that users heed to the rating option and actually rate a particular topic....
