docbook: available for OOO2?

Hello. I am just browsing OOO docbook support information

Here I have several stupid (really stupid) questions in regarding to the use of docbook. Simply because I am slow in getting into the concepts.

1) it is said to be structural, but HTML and OOO writer is already pretty structural (with H1~H6, blockquote, dt/dd/dl etc), so docbook is simply much more structure?
2) OOO can be used to creat docbook document?
3) Looks like the docbook filter is for OOO 1.1.x, so does OOO2 support docbook natively or it does not support docbook?

After googling another half a hour now I think I can answer my questions myself.
1) yes.
2) yes.
3) natively.
