I use it in the backwoods of British Columbia, Canada. Well, not really in the woods - in my church office and at home.

I started using it originally because of the cost - our little church can't afford anything very much, and someday I'm not going to be here and they'll need a legal copy of a word processor on the computer I'm going to leave behind.

I just wish it had an Access equivalent.

I use OpenOffice on an island - the British mainland to be exact (all the British Isles are Islands) - of course it is located on Planet Earth on the Western Spiral Arm of the Galaxy.

Of course really I use it on my computer - I would use it wherever I was. Wonder if Open Office has been used in space yet?

Anyway I currently have OpenOffice.org 1.1.2RC3 installed (which seems pretty stable).
