Hi,
I used O.O.o 2.0 Writer and created a long table with four columns and several rows with many merged and spltted cells in it.
1. When I was editing it in "Web Layout" view, it looked perfect. But when I switched to "Print Layout", the table turned to begin from the 2nd page and end strangely at the end of that page with a large part of the table cut off. On the 3rd and 4th, all blank.
I tried to print it out on the Web Layout view, but four pages came out with the same result --blank on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th pages, incomplete table on 2nd page.
What setting should I change to make it right?
2. This is worse. Just when I was looking for the setting to make the table displayed normally, I accidently clicked on the icon "Edit File" twice in a row, and then all of a sudden the whole table turned gray! There's no borders, no columns, no rows, no text. It became like a big square filled in with the colour of gray.
I closed the document and opened again. Still nothing but all gray. If I start a new blank document, I can write and see text. But if I start a new table, it's still all gray, which is the same for other of my documents with tables in it.
What should I do?
Thanks very much. |
