I am using callouts to make notations to a graph line. It looks great until I make a change like resizing the chart or adjust the scales. The callouts do not stay anchored to the spot where i originally placed them. I see from the help that you can anchor a callout to a cell or a page, but apparently not to a chart. Am I doing something wrong, or is there perhaps a better way to perform this function?
