In your site cannot find other localization than english, french and german. But from the end december 2005 is existing an italian release too. You can find it to address:

http://na.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/openoffice/localized/it/2.0.1/OOo_2.0.1_MacOSX_install_it.dmg

I believe was better if one may download from the official site too.
