Table and Form (Text with multiple line support)

Hello,

I am relatively new to working with databases within OpenOffice.org, so please explain in as simple terms as possible.

What I am trying to do is set up a table that has 5 fields, 2 of which need to be multiple line text boxes (when I create a form). So my first question is: “What data type do I use to support lots of text?”.

My second question is :how do I (preferably by using the wizard, or editing the form afterwards) create a form to edit multiple line fields (the text boxes will need scroll bars)?”

My third and final questions is: “Is there a way to display the field description in the form easily and quickly, again preferably adding via the wizard?”
