Is there another way to install OpenOffice without using the standard exe that uses Microsoft's Install app? Is there a Zip or an alternate setup application available?

Hi,
there is a stand alone version of OpenOffice called Portable OpenOffice
which will work without an installtion e.g. from an USB stick. Maybe this
is an option for you.
