My oldest is now starting to explore the more useful features of the computer and took an interest in writing and calculating. I can coach a bit here and there but would like the idea of having a sort of tutorial in which kids can explore the software and train a bit the it behaves.

Is there anything out there?

Thanks,
Jost

Check my homepage; I have added all the tutorials I have seen. See my signature.

You might want to change the home page to version 2. It's been out long enough.

Too busy to put a watch this space notice up instead? An exotic interpretation of the reliability of the rest of your site is required while it is so outdated.

(It's just a banner. The rest is OOo 2.0 related.)

Yep, I am that busy. I don't think I will continue maintaining the site after May/June, after my current project is finished, I will spend my sparetime on me wife and kid, family and friends. It is just a hobby site, which I pay for and use my precious sparetime on.

I started the OOo section when there was not much info about OOo available out there. Now there is. I'd prefer to check this forum, from time to time, when I have a cup of coffee.

Probably the best is Star Office 8 tutorials for Kids

Scroll to the bottome of the page. SO * is essentially the same as OOo

Cheers

kaaredyret - you should add that info to the OOo Marketing WIki for further development and porting to the main OOo site.

(The "helping users" section contains naught but a link to this forum!)
