i have to register everytime i log in using active directory

hello all

Im new here so if im saying something dumb just let me know. (but in a nice polite way mind you)
iv just installed 00o onto the compuers at the primary school where i work. Everything is going ok but everytime a pupil loggs in and tries to use a program they have to go through the registration process. it happens over and over again with each new login. the logins are controled be active directory on a win2003 server, if you needed to know that.
can anyone help????????

I haven't used AD, but it may help you to know the registration information (and all other OOo user settings) are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\OpenOffice.org2. Maybe AD removes this directory, which in turn causes your problem.
