I've searched the archives but was unable to find any discussion on this issue.
I have a Calc workbook that has 4 sheets. I've named each of the sheets. I would like to insert 4 OLE links in my Writer document, one link to each of the Calc sheets.
In Writer, I went to the Insert...Object...OLE Object menu and inserted the path to the Calc spreadsheet. I did this 4 times, but the same sheet appeared in each object. I double clicked on each of the objects, selected the next "sheet tab," and exited the object. I was able to save the document and "keep" each Calc sheet in its respective Writer object. However, when I closed the Writer document and re-opened it, the 4 objects showed the same sheet. No longer did each object contain a "view" of the sheet I selected.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to do what I need to do?

I've exactly the same problem. Solution of this problem is very required.
I thing that this could be a bug.
Another way to do this is using DDE links, but without formats.
