Inserting A List Into A table

Using OF 2.0.2
I have a table and I wish to add a list of names to the first column. Is there a way to insert the names into the table so that each name will be automatically placed into it's own cell?

Assumes your list of names looks like:
Bill
Ted
Alice

Select the names and do Table > Convert > Text to Table. Select all names in the table and copy, click in the other table column where you want to insert them and paste. New rows will be added if needed.
