Automatically installing A BAse file to a location

I have created a Writer file that refers to a database (the idea is that you type a code and when you press a button a macro runs a search and replace for the codes referring to an external database) - I want to set up these files on clients' computers but want to be able to install the files automatically instead of having to sit at the machine and put the files there myself -how do I do this?? I'm thinking of a CD ROM that runs automatically......
