Hi there,

I have created a new OUTLINE style which consists of a number for level one and bullets for the rest of the levels.

I started of by creating a new style and made it to my liking. I then gave it a name and opted to update this style.
BUT, when I create a new document, my newly created style is not in the list. How do I go by to save my newly created style and for OOo Writer to remember my style?

Regards

You are probably referring to the "Format" button in the Outline numbering tab. This indeed is supposed to store custom style settings, but presently, it does not work. Templates will save all specific document settings, including outline styles.

Thank you for the reply. Just to make sure I understand correctly, I need to store this document of mine as a Template and work from there? If that's the case, no problem and I'll do so.

Thanx again!

That's what you have to do. Good luck.
