help please

Hi all

I have created a table with a list of names addresses, telephone numbers and so on
Is there a way that when I insert the first few letters of name it automatically gives me a choice of names beginning with the letters I typed in, and then when I click on one of the choices it came up with it brings up the complete record or certain parts of the record I want.
I am very new to base (as you can tell) and any help will be much appreciated.
