| I want to uninstall OOo.org 1.0.2 from W2K-SP4. However, whether I go through the 'Add-remove Programs' in Windows or use the 'Setup' utility in the 'Program Files\OpenOffice\Program' directory, I reach the 'repair' screen everytime. I am asked to use the local setup program to uninstall. Which local program? I tried using the setup file from the installation files but get the same result. I am stuck. |

| i got it after going through similar posts- i have to use the '-net' option as it is a multiuser machine. i have now put in OOo1.1. however, the per-user setup requirement even after the initial installation as well as the loooong startup time is very painful. i notice others have a similar complaint. |
