Multiple Tabs in the same File/document

Hi,

Is it possible to include a feature to create multiple tabs within a single file in Writer?

For example, in MS Excel we can create multiple 'tabs' within the same file. So each tab can be a different aspect of the issue and theres only a single file name to remember, and only a single file to email / carry around. Basically it enables you to keeps all data relevant to a particular matter in a single file.

This would make it really easy to compare documents, view precedents, make notes on a separate 'tab', etc. whilst writing articles, reports, drafting agreements, and the like. And also retain all these together in a single file under a single name for future reference.

It has been asked for by a number of people, see:

I suspect it is unlikely to happen. MDI design is now considered old-fashioned, and most modern apps use an SDI technique.

Calc is not MDI either - the tabs are for sheets within one workbook, not separate files.
