Well, I've got one question about it.
In Open Document Format Standard table with spanned cells can be defined in two ways: with implementation of sub-tables or simply, without any sub-tables - only with defining some additional attributes in the cell's tag.
Sub-tables scheme is used in odt-files, second method of implementation is used in spreadsheets (ods-files).
Is this conception will stay in future versions of Open Office or it's gonna change?
Well, I mean, that Open Office spreadsheets now not using the scheme with sub-tables. Won't it change in future (if OASIS don't make any changes in ODF standard)?

PS Sorry for my poor English. Sad It's not my native language

So far, no one has replied. There could be two reasons.

One, people do not understand the question. I am in that category. What do you mean by a sub-table? I cannot find anything in Writer Help. Can you give me a reference to a passage in Help or some other link which has an explanation?

Two, very few people here, I imagine, would know what is being planned by OpenOffice developers, let alone Oasis.

Hm...
All data and structure of tables is stored in content.xml file - odt or ods file is just an zip-archive with some xml files, which are written in OASIS standard. Open Document Text uses sub-table scheme to represent tables with spanned rows, but Open Document Spreadsheets doesn't.
In O'Reilly book about Open Office documents were said about the differences between spreadsheets and text tables.
I've asked about this conception - will this mechanism of table's representation stay in future versions? Won't spreadsheets use sub-tables to represent data near cells with spanned rows?
Well, I understand that my question refers to internal structure of Open Documents files, but I'm developer and I need to know some technical moments of realization.
Maybe someone could give me a link to forums, where I can discuss questions about an iternal structure of Open Document?

You will probably get better answers from one of the openoffice.org mailing lists. Perhaps the dev@openoffice.org list. Have a look at
http://www.openoffice.org/mail_list.html
and see if any of the lists looks promising. (That page also has a list of newsgroups.)
