Hi recently My wife was diagnosed with an illness and one of the things we have to do for the doctors is chart how she is doing each day. What we have to do is log how she is doing on two things on a scale of 1 to 10 and make a note or comment on each day on how she is doing. It is to help with the diagnoses and medication which has to be monitored and constantly adjusted.
What I am trying to do is open a calender/log(?) where I can log the to items we have to keep track of and note a comment or two on each day. Then when it comes time to see the doctor generate a daily graph of the two things we are monitoring and a copy of all the comments to be printed out so we can discuss it with the doctor. I know it's asking a lot but if you try doing this all by hand it can get really time consuming.Thanks in advance

Spreadsheets are not designed for this particular pupose but as a generic tool spreadsheets can be used for this if you have the time and capacities to learn how a spreadsheet works in general. I'd suggest using paper and pencil in this situation.
