Is there any way to easily randomize content of a document. this way I can submit a problem report or a bug without worrying about confidentiality of the data.
I've found a website here:
http://www.cafeconleche.org/slides/extreme/randomizer/Randomizing_XML.html
...but I have no idea how I could use this for my document.
I'm having a lot of trouble with the .doc filter and I would like to submit it somewhere for suggestions as to why it's not working.
Thanks for your input!
[edit] I use OO.org 2.0.3 on Win2k at work. |

There is a macro called Obfuscate on this page. Perhaps that will do what you want. _________________ Fonts * Opera * Oo Tips * FAQ * New Forum

Thanks for this link. I've looked into it and tried it:
Unfortunately this just blanks out the text and converts them to hash marks. I need something that can just randomize the text (eg. contents.xml) but not the tags. that way the formatting and other problems will remain intact and the document will be able to be submitted. |
