Why to do orthographic sugestion only on mistake ?

I suggest that the spell checker can do suggestion on correct word also to help writer of foreign languages to remember the correct spelling.

I do not understand this need: if it's not underlines, then the user typed it correctly in the first place? Perhaps you could think of a "translator" dictionary, a function where a right-click would suggest translations. Just an idea...
