How to catagorize Queries

Is there a way to have folders under the main query lien rather than having all the queries in a list as I have over a hundred and I would like to catagorize thel

I would like :
Query
A Folder with queries inside it
A Folder with queries inside it
A query
A query

etc

Hoping that this is clear
