empty space around eps

Hi.

I have a problem with inserting an eps file into a presentation. When I am opening the file with gimp or ghostview it looks all right. But when I am insterting it into the presentation it gains about 30% of empty, white space around that covers the rest of the slide. Anybody knows how to deal with that problem?
