OO 3.0 and OO3.0 RC4 langpack

I'm using the verison 3.0.0 final of openoffice, i'm a a spanish language speaker, i will wish to use OO3.0 with the UI in spanish.
OO 3.0RC4 is the same of OO 3.0 final, and by instance their langpack are the same?

I'm aware that the programme is the same, but I can't say whether or not they made a few changes in the translation.
