I tried to use OO.o 2.0 on OS X 10.4, Intel Core Duo. I am referred to X11 to be found at apple.com. Apple.com refers me to my installation disk The only reference in the installation software is something called X11SDK, which might or might not be the right thing. In any case, after installing the System Developer's Kit there is no X11 in Applications or in Applications --> Utilities .
Obviously, there is something I do not understand about installing X11 in 10.4 on a Core 2 Intel machine. Can you give me any pointers on how to do this?

it is called x11user.pkg and is on your Tiger DVD. all of the other things are not needed to run OO.o. _________________ User Help for OpenOffice.org on the Mac |
