Distributing Macros/Keyboard Shortkeys among several users

I work in a company with several Openoffice users (> 30).

We have designed some documents to be used as templates. The templates require the use of some simple macros for formatting. The macros are "activated" through Keyboard shortcuts.

I would like to be able to:

* Make those macros available for each user, without the need to "embbed" them in every document

* Assign the same Keyboard shortcuts for those macros, for all the users

Is there some way to automatically "distribute" the macros and keyboard shortcuts assignments, without the need to manually edit each user customization settings ?

I'm not into complex macros in OOo yet, but try these. You might get some hints. I don't know if they handle key assignments.
