The problem is that I do not know how to enclose a screen capture...It seems, the tables are correctly imported in calc, but concerning the graphs (donuts) , some parts are missing..

Strange. A donut chart is not part of the Calc repetoire which may be part of the problem.
What do you use donut charts for?
However that said, I did a simple donut and it imported "okay" but not exactly ( http://ca.geocities.com/jrkrideau/OpenOffice/donut.pdf) and it is not behaving like a normal graph or chart. Notice the cell that I have selected in the graph. I don't think that I should be able to do that. I have also noticed that in my test case I cannot seem to add another chart of graph though I seem to be able to add text or numbers.
At the moment I don't know what is happening. Could you post an example of the type of problem that you are having? A handy place to post something like this is at mytempdir.com http://www.mytempdir.com _________________ jrkrideau
