Custom menu

Hi everybody,

I'va added in my open office Writer a menu in the standard tool Bar containing soma mcros i use to save my documents on an FTP server.

Iwould like to know if there's a way to export this setting to other machines or better to set a shared directory for all machines to look for custom menus, or at least which files i've to copy to all the machines .
