Hi,
I trying to configure a JRE in openoffice version 2.1.0.
I can not configure any JRE in its options dialog. Some JREs are detected and shown, I selected one an clicked OK. But when I reopen this dialog the JRE is gone, detected again and so on.
I think because I do not have any Java configured in openoffice I can not use any of its wizards, e.g. for installing a dictionary, isn't it?
Does anyone has any ideas what to do?

Do you mean that, when you open the dialogue, it takes a second or so for the details of the JRE to appear? That is normal. What happens when you try to use a wizard?
