MAILINGS labels

When creating mailing labels from a table, I can only get one sheet of labels no matter how many records I select. There are 224 entries in the database. How do I make it accept all of them?

Don't use the Data to Fields icon. Open file, click Print icon, answer 'yes' to the 'form letter' query (never check the box here), select records and click OK.
