Set placeholder in header (control characters?!)

Hi,

what are the placeholders in the content of a header or footer for extended formatting?
For example i can set the text of a header and also can do basic formating like bold, but i dont know the control character for date and time. Furthermore i need the control character for the page numbers, text aligment (left, center and right), the document name and the sheet name.

Come on! This cannot be impossible. I just need to know how to tell the header this specific properties. I would appreciate any comments!
