I am trying desperately to create a form that has a list box which references information in another form. I'm building a contact management database and need to normalize company names of my contacts. I created a form in the form wizard and then added a list box in design view that displays the info I want correctly. However, when I try to edit records (or add new records), every time I save a record the data I've selected in the list box gets erased and the drop-down list box goes blank.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? |

Hi,
seems that your problem comes from the way you have created the relationship between your contact table and the normalized company names table.
have you created a proper relationship like described here:
